Providing false or forged documents during KYC constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination and potential referral to relevant authorities.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, pk38 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial informational purposes. This licence does not include the right to scrape, crawl, harvest or otherwise systematically extract data from the Platform.
